Siphonic Rainwater System
Geberit Siphonic Drainage System
Why choose a Siphonic drainage system?
Siphonic drainage systems have many advantages over conventional gravity fed rainwater systems and thus provide freedom and flexibility for building designs.
The siphonic system is made using an induced vacuum principle and as such causes the pipes to run at full bore, thus reducing the required size of the pipes.
The efficiency of the system means that pipe diameters can be smaller and installed level. There are fewer downpipes which subsequently reduces the amount of underground drainage required.
Due to the way the system works it also has a very useful self-cleaning action. Debris or silt can easily be cleaned from the outlets and can be monitored with a regular maintenance programme.
Geberit Siphonic Product Range
The product range includes outlets in 3 sizes of flow rates to suit most roof types and finishes.
Pipe runs can be created in a safe, clean environment ensuring secure and accurate fabrication as well as considerable material and labour savings.
The forces generated when the systems are siphonic are retained within a rail system specifically for the task as a part of the designed system.
The system is specifically designed on Geberit Pluvia software under license to meet the individual requirements of each project.
